We'll take you to a centrally located chocolate workshop, where a mystical master of all things sweet will show you how the humble cocoa bean makes its journey from bitter little button to gorgeously smooth and creamy scrumminess. Learn how to render shiny, velvety chocolate; how to pipe, shape and fill Belgian truffles; and how to decorate your masterpieces with colourful flourishes. You'll be a queen of creative sweet-making before the afternoon is over!
