White Water Rafting is brilliant for girls on a hen do or a girly getaway; it's all about conquering a challenge with teamwork. Your mission - should you choose to accept it - is to navigate a section of river featuring Grade 204 white water and a whole bunch of bone rattling descending rapids.

Your whole bride tribe must pull together and work in harmony to get the raft from A to B. It's an amazing experience that'll leave you totally buzzed for hours afterwards. Don't worry if this isn't something you've tried before. There's no experience needed.

Your instructors will show you what to do on dry land before getting everyone in the raft on the water. They'll boost your confidence and make sure the whole group has a great time, whatever the weather decides to do on the day. Life's an adventure - get out there and enjoy it!
