Cheerleading isn't all gymnastics and tumbling! You'll start with simple arm movements like the high and low Vs, the T and broken T, daggers, right L, right punch and left diagonal. These are super simple and look great when combined in a big routine to music. Your dance teacher will get you all chanting, cheering and learning the moves as one tight cheerleading squad.

Essex is a fabulous place for a hen do, with its celebrity-owned boutiques like Minnie's, beauty salons, swanky cocktail lounges, trendy bars and famous clubs like the Sugar Hut. Start the party with cheerleading and learn some hot new moves that'll turn heads when you hit town later on.
