Dodgeball and disco, together at last!

The guys behind Essex Disco Dodgeball deserve an award. This literally screams "hen doooo!" What other team event involves a dance off, dodgeball games and a bunch of hot hits from down the decades? We're talking 80s cheese, old school 90s, 00s bangers, karaoke faves - all tunes that take you back and make you move it. The hen party will be split into two teams. Each team has its own coloured bib. Once your instructor has gone through the rules it's time to get serious! Get on that court and totally dominate it with your super fly dance steps and dodgeball moves.

This is dodgeball. It's a jungle out there! But it's also different- and arguably more fun - than the usual format played in American middle schools. Stick disco, pop and rock hits in there and suddenly it's not so harsh. You still play to win of course but because there's dancing involved you can have a giggle with it as well.

You'll get so many good memories and comedy moments out of Essex Disco Dodgeball. It's one of those events that gets everyone involved from beginning to end. Get your gym kit out or do fancy dress. It's all good. Just get all your girls to the venue on time!
